Irving ISD’s mentoring program is a school based program. Here, the mentor gets a chance of analyzing the student who focus on modern meaningful mentoring. Here, a potential mentor is assigned to act as an advisor or counselor who provides initial assistance with management and training. All we need is a helping hand to provide an impactful mentoring program.
